ULI Rouse Awards Selects Fairfield as Finalist
ULI Philadelphia recognized the Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Hotel as one of 13 finalists in the 2019 Rouse Awards. The annual program recognizes excellence in urban planning and real estate development. Priorities for the awards include factors beyond innovation in planning and design. Although not one of the four winners, the project nevertheless earned recognition from the national jury for leadership in development, sustainability and building performance, market acceptance, and community impact.
